The 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

a.k.a. The “money back on your first pair” guarantee exists to make trying our products as risk-free as possible for you.

If you decide to give our products a chance as a challenger to your current favourite brand, we want that decision to feel easy. If, for any reason, our products do not feel better to you than your current alternative, we will refund the product price without unnecessary bureaucracy.

What the Satisfaction Guarantee applies to:

  • one product from your first order
  • your first experience with our products
  • the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable)

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

  • Stealth products
  • exchanges for another size, model, or colour
  • multiple products from the same order

The purpose of the guarantee is to allow you to try the product with minimal risk, not to test multiple products or repeatedly place and return orders. One pair is enough to know whether this brand is right for you.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 100 days of purchase at: team@theotherdanishguy.com.

Once you have notified us that you wish to use the satisfaction guarantee, the returned product must arrive back to us within 10 days of the notification.

Why we ask for the product back

We ask for the product to be returned to us so that we can identify possible manufacturing defects and continue improving both our products and our operations.

Please always use a trackable shipping method for returns. Keep the shipment tracking number until the parcel has safely arrived back to us. Without a tracking number, we cannot take responsibility for lost shipments.

Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Information

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products that have been damaged due to external causes, excessive wear, or clearly careless handling.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse.

The guarantee is intended for customers who are genuinely purchasing the product to try it in use, not for ordering and returning products without a real intention to buy.

We do not issue refunds due to personal financial difficulties. Please consider your financial situation carefully before placing an order.

When will I get my money back?

The time between us issuing a refund and you getting your money back can vary depending on your payment method:

  • If you paid with a Credit Card, you will get the money back into your bank account within a few business days.
  • If you paid via PayPal, as soon as we issue the refund, you will receive an email from PayPal, which will contain more details about the process. The process varies a bit depending on if you paid with PayPal balance, or through your bank account via PayPal, or your debit or credit card linked to your Pay Pal account.
  • In the case of Debit Card, Bank Payment or Wire Transfer, the time needed to process your refund will vary depending on your bank and country of residence. Usually these refunds will be visible on your account within 5-7 banking days.
